Desk


You have to get a standing desk if possible. When you stay sitting for an extensive period causes a series of problems. You will be less energized, you will have back pain, increased blood pressure, higher blood sugar, and much more. It is recommended that you do at least 60-75 minutes of movement a day. You should stand from your desk at least every 30 minutes, even if just for a few minutes.
